To be considered for a spot at our upcoming markets, please follow the steps below:

Download and complete the application form thoroughly.

Clear photos of your products

(Please note: Only products approved by Craft X will be allowed on the market floor.)

What Happens Next?
Once we receive your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging your submission. This does not indicate acceptance—your application will now enter our selection process, where we carefully evaluate each submission based on:

Originality & creativity of your products

Design innovation and overall aesthetic

Product variety to avoid repetition and ensure a balanced, diverse market

Quality craftsmanship

Local production and brand availability (we prioritize unique products not oversaturated in other nearby markets)

Your ability to supply and restock inventory throughout the event

Willingness to participate in multiple Craft X events throughout the year
Due to space limitations and our commitment to offering a diverse mix of products, not all applicants can be accepted—even if your offerings are outstanding. Please know this is purely based on fit and floor plan availability.
